Frequently Asked Questions

• Where do you deliver to?
• We deliver to all of the Disney Resort Hotels as well as the Wyndham Bonnet Creeek Resort and the Villas at Grand Cypress.
• I am staying at a vacation home in Kissimmee. Will you deliver there?
• No, we do not deliver to apartments, private resident homes or vacation homes. We only deliver to the Disney hotels and resorts mentioned above.
• What are the delivery hours?
• We deliver daily between 4 PM and 7 PM to the bell services desk, not at a specific time and not to guest rooms.
• Do I have to be in the room at the time my order is being delivered to the bell services stand?
• No. If you are not in your room your order will be held in the luggage area.
• But what happens if I've purchased perishable items?
• Don't worry! The Disney Resorts, except Shades of Green, have both refrigerators and freezers in the luggage room.
  **Please note, if you are staying at Shades of Green they will NOT accept any order that has items needing refigeration or freezing.
• May I request items not on your web site?
• Yes you may. Please type in those items in the "Additional Information" box when ordering. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
• How far in advance can I place my order?
• You may place your order up to one year in advance. All orders must be received no later than 48 HOURS PRIOR to the requested delivery date. Please plan accordingly.
• Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
• Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $50 and a $25 delivery fee.
• After I've sent my order, can I add additional items?
• Yes. Please email us with any additional items NO LATER than 48 hours PRIOR to the order's delivery date.
• Can I buy or add alcoholic beverages to my order?
• No. Due to Florida law we are NOT allowed to deliver any and all alcoholic beverages. We are also unable to deliver tobacco products and/or lottery tickets.
• I didn't see ice cream on the web site. Can we get some delivered?
• Due to messy results in the past, we do not deliver ice cream any longer. I'm sorry.
• Do you deliver on holidays?
• We do not deliver on Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. If you are checking in on one of these holidays and would like an order delivered, please let us know as we can deliver your order the day before the holiday. Your name and check in date will be on all of the bags, and the bell services staff will be notified of your arrival date.
